Bipina Digal
Bipin Digalis a dynamic and resilient team member within KZSVS, serving as the Programme Coordinator for the Pre-School Nutrition and Education Project supported by JDF. At the age of 26, Bibina stands out not only for her youthfulness but also for her impressive qualifications, holding a Master’s degree.
In her two-year journey with KZSVS, Bibina has demonstrated a remarkable commitment to her responsibilities, leveraging her more than five years of experience in the social sector. Despite her relatively short tenure, she has proven herself to be a valuable asset to the organization.
Bibina’s role as the Programme Coordinator involves overseeing the Pre-School Nutrition and Education Project, and she has excelled in various capacities. Notably, she is recognized for her proficiency in report writing, documenting, and managing data effectively. Her dedication to maintaining accurate records has played a crucial role in the success of the project.
Beyond administrative tasks, Bibina is a skilled community mobilizer, fostering meaningful connections with the communities involved in the project. What sets Bibina apart is her talent in visual storytelling—she is acknowledged as the best video and photo shooter. This ability not only enhances the documentation process but also contributes to the project’s outreach and communication efforts.
It’s noteworthy that Bibina Digal is physically challenged, but her resilience and determination shine through in her ability to overcome challenges. Despite any physical limitations, Bibina’s capabilities are evident in her multifaceted contributions to KZSVS.
